GOOD for you Paula!
Exactly the same reason why I started on my journey of weight loss.....I listen to Inside Out Weight Loss podcasts and so far have lost 22 pounds, lots of inches and already feel so much better. Only 78 more pounds to go!!!

Ok, I think I'll join you! I have a terrible track record for starting things and never finishing them, and also for going along with things "in the background", so maybe if I join along with you and others it will help to keep me on track! Weight loss/getting healthier is certainly something I need to do ...
I'm in the UK ... excuse my ignorance but is there any way of seeing these UStream videos after the event? Are they recorded? The time difference thing is a bugger ....

Hi Paula,
I've been trying to get in touch with you via e-mail, but no luck. Could you please respond to e-mail that has artist in the title?
Think it's great what you want to do. Have some great HEALTHY tips if you want to hear them...

I commented over at youtube and then searched to find your blog.
I just started my first ever art journal project yesterday! And i have been on the weight loss journey for about a year now but still a long way to go and have been off track the last few weeks, over the summer, but back on track the last few days, so this has come at THE perfect time for me. I will be joining you!

From one Paula to another...thank you for this wonderful post. I've been unahppily watching the weight gain here, and I've been wanting to do something bt have lacked the energy. So, no more excuses. I'll be joining you, and I'd like to link to you if that's okay. Where are you on You Tube?

Good luck on your weight loss! I recently lost about 100 pounds, and I'm a different person! I was in the hospital a few years back with severe asthma, most likely brought on because I was almost 300 pounds at the time! Now I'm off all asthma drugs, steroids, everything. Now just working on getting off of blood pressure pills. You didn't mention (in this video) how you were going to lose the weight. I would suggest you read Good Calories Bad Calories by Gary Taubes. I lost my 100 pounds with Atkins.
